The partnership between Alliance SIH and vitagroup clearly allocates responsibilities: vitagroup provides the technology &#8211; HIP, the open, proven platform, built on openEHR and FHIR standards; Docaposte Sant\u00e9 (La Poste Sant\u00e9 &amp; Autonomie) provides hosting in a sovereign Health Data Hosting certified environment; and Alliance SIH manages distribution and support for French healthcare institutions.<\/p>\n<p>The approach proposed by Alliance SIH gives institutions greater freedom to evolve their information systems in line with their needs, without creating new technological dependencies while retaining control over their data assets.[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"ult-spacer spacer-6a951949b0d24\" data-id=\"6a951949b0d24\" data-height=\"30\" data-height-mobile=\"30\" data-height-tab=\"30\" data-height-tab-portrait=\"\" data-height-mobile-landscape=\"\" style=\"clear:both;display:block;\"><\/div>[vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Bringing data together centrally<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>HIP is a vendor-neutral health data platform that enables healthcare institutions to regain control over their health data without having to replace their existing applications. It brings together clinical data from electronic health records, specialist applications, patient portals and other systems into a shared, structured foundation, built on the international standards openEHR and HL7 FHIR.<\/p>\n<p>This makes previously scattered information accessible, consistent and immediately usable. As a result, HIP creates the foundation for better care, AI-native applications and the rapid development of new digital solutions. At the same time, the platform strengthens data governance and resilience. The initial use case is a patient timeline, bringing together relevant information from the Easily electronic health record and other sources into a single, chronological view that is clear and actionable for clinicians.
